The 100% Deal Plan for Sales Associate Schedule “A”

The Mentor / Team – Sales Associate Plan Schedule “B”

The Straight Commission Split Program Plan Schedule “C”

 

 

All plans provide the following Managing Broker support

  • Face to Face with the Manager each week for success planning & problems solving.
  • A Review for the previous week and “Action Planning” for your next week.
  • Awakening Training with Personalized Real Estate Tips & Tricks.
  • Full “Contract of Purchase and Sale Kit Set Up” with question and answer support.
  • Full “MLS Listing Kit Set Up “with question and answer support.
  • Exclusive Luxmore Forms and Documents.
  • 9 AM – 9 PM Limited Texting Support (Short Messages)
  • 9 AM – 9 PM Phone Support (Short Conversations)
  • 7 AM – 9 PM Email Support.

 

 The Mentor/Team Plan in addition to the above manager’s support can and will provide some or all of the following:

  • Attend a listing presentation with the Sales Associate.
  • Attend meetings with the Sales Associate’s clients.
  • Help the Sales Associate write offers.
  • Help the Sales Associate create all their listing contracts and data Input information.
  • Help the Sales Associate attend property showings.
  • Help the Sales Associate host an open house.
  • Act in any capacity as the Sales Associate’s Licensed Assistant.
  • And provide an Advertising Environment Team Page for your listing promotion.

The Mentor / Team Agreements are a 1 year contract. Agents who are on the Mentor/Team & Straight Commission Split Programs do not pay office expenses such as Administration, Errors & Omission or Tech Fees. All salespeople must pay all MLS listing fees, the Real Estate Board monthly access fees and all dues and licensing fees.
